More than twenty illustrated gruyerian legends are to be read between pastures, lake, the Sionge and forests. Region's views and historics.
In a refreshing landscape, the Development Society of the "Lac de la Gruyère" has concocted a walk which will open for you the doors of the old villages Echarlens and Vuippens and will make you discover local legends following ways and paths through the forest and along the river.

Three walks possibilities are to be chosen (see map):
- A long route going through point A-B-C; about 6 km;
- A route going through point A; starting from Echarlens or Vuippens; about 3 km;
- A route going through point C (possibly point B); starting from Vuippens; about 3 km.
- Good shoes are recommended;
- Walk lengths are approximate;
- Do not leave rubbish on the way, take them back with you;
- Keep your dog on a lead;
- Respect wildlife and the flora, follow the marked out ways;
- Respect the other walkers, private property and traffic rules.
